We were proud to see Vidrio’s Chef Roberto Barth participate in the 4th Annual Chef Rival: A World of Flavors, Rooted in NC and even prouder to know the event itself stands for something far greater than competition.
Hosted in partnership with Ripe Revival Market, an organization whose mission is to reconnect the food system through practical, creative solutions that empower every member of the food supply cycle, from farmers and makers to nonprofits and neighbors. Chef Rival brought together some of the region’s most talented culinary minds for an evening where creativity met real community impact.
Chef Roberto represented Vidrio with the same passion, boldness, and culinary excellence that our guests know and love. Each competing chef crafted a one-of-a-kind dish rooted in NC ingredients and globally inspired cuisine, and guests had the opportunity to sample and help crown the evening’s winner.
Being invited to take part in an event tied to an organization as meaningful as Ripe Revival Market is a true honor.
