RALEIGH, NC —The North Carolina State Fairgrounds transformed into a celebration of heritage, food, and community during the 41st Annual Raleigh Greek Festival. The festival’s popular Chef Demonstration series was hosted in part by LM Restaurant’s very own: Chef Spyros of Taverna Agora.

This marked the second year Chef Spyros participated in the demos, drawing a crowd eager to taste and learn. He showcased two beloved Taverna Agora classics—Keftedes (Greek meatballs) and Tzatziki sauce—offering live cooking demonstrations and generous samplings.
Attendees not only enjoyed the flavors but also walked away with insights into the rich history of Greek food and tips for recreating some at home. The culinary spotlight was a highly anticipated part of the festival and a proud moment for our team to connect with the community through our heritage and hospitality.
