Chef Rob’s journey with LM has been defined by consistency, creativity, and a deep commitment to hospitality. He has started out at the NC coast, then served as a cornerstone at Vidrio for many years, and he went on to lead as Executive Chef of Smash helping shape the culinary identity of one of our most exciting new concepts.
Now, Chef Rob is taking that experience and energy to Birdie’s. His ability to build strong teams, deliver exceptional food, and create memorable guest experiences makes him a natural fit for this next opportunity.
