Kari and Mike, our General Manager and Executive Chef of Carolina Ale House Garner, NC, were honored with the prestigious LM Restaurants Above & Beyond Award –presented by DM Christina, and CAH VP Matthew.
Kari and Mike’s recognition comes after leading the charge on the “Castle Project” aimed at elevating guest experience and reimagining the very essence of what it means to visit a Carolina Ale House.
As the original incubation team, they not only laid the groundwork but have since gone out into the field to train other leaders and help connect this vision across the brand. Their passion, leadership, and unwavering dedication truly embody what it means to have a Heart for Hospitality.
