To continue our mission to nourish others, Moshakos has struck a bold partnership with Highwoods Properties to open Birdie’s Barroom & Kitchen, a 150-seat restaurant in the heart of downtown. Birdie’s is designed to be an anchor in the revitalization project of Fayetteville Street with the Downtown Raleigh Alliance.

“Restaurants play a really important role in our community,” Moshakos says. “When restaurants and bars are there, they become these gathering centers for the community. I enjoy being part of that.”
