We’re looking for a Purchasing Associate who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a fast-paced restaurant support role. You’ll gain hands-on experience with purchasing systems, vendor relations, and recipe management, while working alongside experienced leaders who will train and mentor you. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or early career candidates eager to grow and make an impact.

What You’ll Do

As a Purchasing Associate, you’ll support the Purchasing Department and team with daily and weekly tasks, including:

  • Assisting with purchasing system administration; updating order guides, processing product substitutions, and keeping data accurate.
  • Helping review vendor bid files to make sure pricing is correct and up to date.
  • Supporting recipe input for seasonal menu rollouts and private events.
  • Handling requests for bulk or specialty orders from different departments (operations, marketing, IT, HR).
  • Coordinating small orders for office and restaurant needs (supplies, equipment, promotional items).
  • Helping track product changes, troubleshoot cost issues, and assist with audits to ensure consistency.
  • Learning and assisting in vendor communications and market analysis as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. You’re the kind of person who double-checks your work.
  • Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools; experience with CrunchTime or POS systems is a plus (training provided).
  • Organized and able to juggle multiple requests.
  • A team player with effective communication skills and a positive, learning mindset.
