Job Responsibilities
Help lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant with a focus on safety, training, sales, and profitability
Partner with the management team to execute action plans and keep the restaurant running at a high level
Support hourly staffing, scheduling, performance management, and performance evaluations
Coach, develop, and motivate hourly team members to perform with confidence and consistency
Help create a team culture that is solution-driven, collaborative, and rooted in Carolina Hospitality
Communicate clearly and effectively with the Home Office, leadership team, restaurant staff, and guests
Serve as a brand ambassador by building and maintaining strong relationships in the local community
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws
Help manage cost of sales and controllable expenses through strong shift execution and operational discipline
Lead with an ownership mindset and help drive results through accountability, consistency, and teamwork
