What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by training and coaching team members to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
- Lead front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service across all dayparts, from laid-back lunches to elegant evening dinners.
- Partner with the General Manager to achieve revenue goals, manage labor and food costs, and uphold brand standards.
- Create a positive, high-performing team culture that fosters development, recognition, and accountability.
- Respond to guest concerns with urgency, empathy, and professionalism, turning feedback into loyalty.
- Support staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage to ensure optimal service and efficient labor deployment.
- Assist in special events, private dining, and seasonal service adjustments unique to our beachside location.

- You balance service with strategy. You are tracking labor, managing costs, and working with your GM to hit goals and grow the business.
