Job Responsibilities 

  • Help lead the day-to-day back-of-house operation with a focus on safety, training, execution, and profitability 

  • Partner with the management team to execute action plans and keep kitchen operations running at a high level 

  • Support back-of-house staffing, scheduling, performance management, and performance evaluations 

  • Coach, develop, and motivate hourly kitchen team members to perform with consistency and confidence 

  • Build a kitchen culture that is results-driven, solution-oriented, and grounded in teamwork 

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with the Home Office, supervisors, management team, and restaurant staff 

  • Serve as a brand ambassador by representing Carolina Ale House with professionalism and pride 

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety standards, procedures, and applicable laws 

  • Help manage cost of sales and controllable expenses through strong shift execution and operational discipline 

  • Lead with an ownership mindset and help drive results through accountability, consistency, and stewardship
