What You’ll Do
Own the restaurant by leading safety, training, sales, operations, and overall profitability
Build, coach, recognize, and develop a high-performing management team
Drive strong front- and back-of-house execution, including staffing, scheduling, performance management, and team development
Create a culture that is results-driven, solution-focused, and rooted in Carolina Hospitality
Lead from the floor and make sure every shift delivers the energy, consistency, and experience our guests expect
Communicate clearly and effectively with Home Office, leadership, managers, team members, and guests
Be the face of Carolina Ale House in Winston-Salem by building strong relationships throughout the local community
Manage cost of sales and controllable expenses with a sharp focus on restaurant performance
Uphold company standards, policies, and all applicable laws
Lead with an ownership mentality and treat the restaurant like it is your own
