Position Description
- Serve as the communication bridge between kitchen and servers; you’re the line that keeps it all moving
- Plate check for perfection; ensure every dish is correct and meets SMASH standards before it hits the floor
- Stay sharp under pressure; manage ticket flow, coordinate timing and keep service smooth during peak hours
- Own your space; keep expo area clean, stocked, and organized throughout your shift
- Uphold food safety and sanitation/company standards
