Since joining Carolina Ale House Knoxville, Gabe quickly made an impact. With a hospitality journey that began at just 16 as a host at Cracker Barrel, Gabe’s passion for people and service has been clear from day one.
A few years later, he was already a manager at Margaritaville – eventually becoming their Training Manager helping to open new locations across the Eastern U.S. When he joined Carolina Ale House as a Bar Manager it was clear he was destined for even more.
Gabe is a prime example of what happens when hospitality meets hustle — and we’re lucky to have him on our team!
