Downtown Raleigh’s office landscape is changing, and Birdie’s Barroom & Kitchen is part of the conversation.

A recent Triangle Business Journal story, “Winning the Office Space Race: How three buildings are rising above the challenges of a sluggish office market,” looks at how property owners are adding amenities and rethinking office spaces as companies adapt to changing workplace patterns.

One of the buildings highlighted in the story is 150 Fayetteville, the 29-story Highwoods Properties building on Fayetteville Street.

Birdie’s Barroom & Kitchen opened on the first floor of 150 Fayetteville in late 2024 as part of Highwoods’ partnership with LM Restaurants. The restaurant includes an all-day café and full-service restaurant and bar, along with outdoor space designed to encourage people to gather throughout the day.
