Before a new menu makes its way to the table, there’s plenty of work happening behind the scenes.

Recently, Carolina Ale House chefs and general managers gathered in North Raleigh for a hands-on training session ahead of the brand’s upcoming menu launch. The day gave leaders from across the brand an opportunity to see the new dishes firsthand, work through preparation and presentation, ask questions, and get ready to take what they learned back to their restaurants.

Mike, Executive Chef at Carolina Ale House Garner, and Robbie, Kitchen Manager at Carolina Ale House North Raleigh, led the training, walking the group through the new menu and helping teams get familiar with the dishes before launch. Lacey, GM at Carolina Ale House North Raleigh, hosted the gathering and brought everyone together for a day focused on preparation, collaboration, and a little fun.

Menu rollouts are about more than introducing new items. They’re also an opportunity to bring teams together, share knowledge, and make sure our teams are prepared to deliver a consistent experience for guests when the new menu hits tables.

Following the training, our Carolina Ale House teams returned to their restaurants ready to bring the new menu to life. Stop by your nearest Carolina Ale House and check out the menu for yourself!
