Summer break brings a lot of joy, but for many kids in our community, it also means losing access to the school meals they rely on during the year. LM Restaurants is proud to help close that gap.
The effort started with a tip from Arleane McKiver, who connected us with a local church’s initiative to provide meals to kids who aren’t in school for the summer. After learning about their work, leadership knew it was a cause worth supporting. LM Restaurants made a donation to help fund the church’s efforts for a weekend, ensuring more kids in our community had meals covered when they needed them most.
Philanthropy and community impact are at the core of who we are as a company. Whether it’s through partnerships like this one or the everyday work our teams do to give back, we believe that showing up for our neighbors is just as important as the food we serve.
