What You’ll Do
Fire out every plate with speed, precision, and consistency
Own your station and keep it stocked, sharp, and service-ready
Nail every recipe, portion, and presentation standard
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for the next rush
Jump into prep, service, and close with urgency and hustle
Protect food quality, safety, and sanitation at every step
Work hard with the team to keep the line tight and the shift running strong
